I'm not going sift through the entire thread but I'll make some points... First off women who rape, is really a myth, unless it some hugely far fetch situation you'd only find on Rescue Me. When they use this term they usually mean women who pressure men or boys into sexual situations, now this is really a huge issue particually because of our culture, and the importance it puts on having sex. But Rape for men and women mean two entirely different things since for the most part, and I'm talking generally here, women view there bodies as there own possession and it's there right to choose who they have sex with, wehn you rape a woman, your stripping of her not only of that right but years of social programming as well, sex is tied with self-worth quite a bit, look at the term ****, so women degrade themselves and blame themselves. Now men, I can see some scarring but I can't sympathize as much as I would for a woman who's raped, because I don't think it could ever go that deep... Someone correct me if I'm wrong on any of this because I'm just a know-it-all 18 year old...
