Fact- most women do not have PMS. There have been many scientific studies to show that while cramps and other menstrual side effects can relate to mood, PMS is something that is very rare. Most women's mood swings are unrelated to their cycle but if they occur around it, are blamed on PMS. Now, if you're on hormonal birth control that's another story, because that can cause mood swings, but it still isn't PMS.
