reflection an old interview with Chris Evans

looking at this and seeing his overall growth in the McU I can't fathom any other actor other than Evans to be the integral core heart of The Avengers and leader of the Marvel Universe. Cap is the glue that brings it all home and Evans has translated that above and beyond what you think or expect, the depth he brings to Steve from the panel to screen is extraordinary and I can't wait to see him return in Infinity War.

He really has done a fantastic job as Captain America. Went from a character I didn't care that much about when the MCU was early, to easily one of my favorite characters.

Not a perfect character, has his own set of flaws. However, I do enjoy seeing him stand up for what he believes in, even if it gets him hurt, bloodied, and beaten. He takes some real hits in these movies.

Heck of a character and great job portraying him.

See the personal brotherly friendship between Steve and Bucky is huge. Steve defied his superior office to rescue Bucky and the Solider when they were captured in "The First Avenger". And despite the false reports Steve went after Bucky in Civil War he felt obligated to stand by his friend. A true hero makes the tough calls even at the expense of duty to the country for the greater good in this case Steve choose his friends.
