So, how long will Chris be filming RSDR? Do we know when he will be back on the Avengers set for part 2?

It was suppose to start June 22. I'd say no more than 2 more months of filming. So by late September he should be done.

I love that Cap's "Nomad: Man Without a Country" costume is basically his outfit from Civil War. Just battered and stripped of its Star. (As opposed to just a bare chest)
Also: the larger circular buckles resemble the yellow discs from that (admittedly silly)comic suit.

I heard it's a 58 day shoot, and they've been shooting some on weekends so he should be done by late August.

He said he films Avengers 4 from Sept-Dec.

I get what you're saying but I don't see Nomad there to be honest as, technically, isn't it more akin to 'The Captain/USAgent' costume, in that it's an overall darker version of the Captain America costume and the omission of the white/silver star even echoes the Captain/USAgent costume as it effectively looks like there is a black star there, by proxy.

EDIT: Do my eyes deceive me? looking at the IW trailer I could swear that we see the Daniel Acuna designed Steve Rogers: Captain America shield.

I think Team Cap all wear battered versions of their Civil War costumes in IW.

Sam's suit looks faded, as does Wanda's coat, which looks washed out.

Chris had already been in Atlanta filming. He recorded a message on set with Don Cheadle and Mark Ruffalo a week ago for a clean energy law in California.

He probably had the w/e or days off then came back.
