I'd prefer it if she pops towards the end of the movie in a meaty scene and not an end credit scene. Because I'm glad that we get a well cast Avenger suited in the role.

It's supposed to be a homage to this cover, which in turn was a homage to the Rosie the Riveter "We Can Do It!" poster. Unfortunately the artist screwed it up and turned the iconic pose into an "umbrella gesture", lol.

I doubt she'll be fighting in this but I'd like to get a glimspe of her at some stage in the film.

I think she has to appear in the post credits or at the end of the main film. Would be incredibly stupid not to show her in some form to start building hype as the general audience isn't super familiar with Captain Marvel in the way they are with say Wonder Woman

Or they can take the Wonder Woman approach which is introduce her in Infinity War much like how the DCEU introduced WW in Batman vs Superman Dawn of Justice basically as a way to hype her up for her solo Marvel takes that same approach with Carol/Captain Marvel

The person said Carol is 100% appearing in IW. Marvel studios is deciding between having her in the final scene of IW or in the mid credits scene

Yeah, I can't see her showing up in this unless it's in a credits scene. She'll have a big role to play in Avengers 4 for sure.

I'm inclined to agree with everyone who thinks she'll have a bigger role in A4 and, if she shows up in IW it will be a credits scene just to build anticipation. I'd be incredibly shocked if we were wrong and she ended up throwing down with Thanos and the Black Order in this. But I really doubt that will be the case here.

If her solo outing is a prequel, it wouldn't matter her showing up in IW, much in the same way Gadot appeared in BvS before her background was better established in the Wonder Woman prequel.

I'm not expecting Captain Marvel to have a massive role though, and I doubt it'll be until the end segment of the film. Maybe we'll have a scene between her and Fury where he has her pick herself up and pull herself together.

Maybe they can then end the Captain Marvel solo with her opening scene in IW, thus literally tying the two films together.

I'm thinking she will be the after credits tease. I am assuming Mid-Credits will be Ant-Man related (possibly him hopping the multiverse since we know that factors into A&W), and Captain Marvel will be the other tease for both A4 as well as her solo.
