You forgot Far From Home

No, i did not but i dont really want to go there. Homecoming was pretty bad, the worst of all six Spiderman films, they have to do a lot to make the sequel better. Also i did not knew it was gonna be released in 2019.

My thoughts are that if you asked the same question to pretty much any other MCU actor about their character, they'd say the same thing.

Look I get that you don't like Brie Larson and that's fine, but are you seriously accusing her of not knowing the character that she's playing?

Not to mention that comic Captain Marvel and movie Captain Marvel are not the same person. I'm pretty sure comic Vision has never been shown to be worthy of holding Mjolnir either, yet he did in the MCU.

Someone should ask her who would win: Captain Marvel or The-One-Above-All.

I think I know her answer.

Male MCU actors trash each other constantly and no one cares, but the moment Brie Larson says her character can lift a fictional weapon nerds get mad.

It's quite interesting, isn't it?

Save the pulpit male vs female crap...i can say you are an apologist...for what, your own guilt trip.

My comment is exclusively based on "her" statement verbatim...which says a lot about her obvious lack of understanding of the character she is playing. She being told, she's the strongest/powerful hero thus far in the MCU who can move planets & is equating that meaning she could do what the Hulk couldn't, lift Mjolnir. What other way can her statement be taken Abudefduf?

No it doesn't. Just because comic Carol isn't worthy of Mjolnir (and she definitely isn't, lol) it doesn't mean MCU Carol is the same. Again, Vision has never held Mjolnir in the comics. I guess that says a lot about Feige, Whedon and Bettany's obvious lack of understanding of that character.

But oh noes, Brie Larson claimed that her CM can lift Mjolnir, how dares she! I'm sure no other MCU actor would do the same. Unlike her, they'd be honest and admit that their characters are ****.

Comics Star Lord graduated college and worked for NASA before being lost in space.

Well, Vision was able to lift Mjolnir because he had a friggin' Infinity Stone embedded on his forehead, no? :hehe: there's no other reason why he would be worthy right out of the cradle.

I think you are projecting a little bit or you can read minds.

Maybe that's why he was able to lift it. He did nothing wrong that would make him unworthy yet.

Captain Marvel is the chosen one.

Here's the video where she answered the Mjolnir comment. It's at the end around 2:20.

I'm pretty sure she isn't as familiar with Mjolnir's "worthiness" so probably just gave an answer based on how powerful CM is in the movie.

I just figured that, as a sentient android, Vision has less flaws/imperfections than your average person. Ergo, he was able to lift it on account of his innate goodness/altruism (basically the same reason Cap pulled off the feat in the comics way back when). As to how exactly that's all quantified, I couldn't begin to tell you. Some things are best left to the imagination. lol

Also, what @Shuri said.

He was just born that day...:halo:

And I don't care. What's all the fuss about anyway?

Vision lifted it so who cares?

But I agree with others saying that she makes a off the cuff statement and people jump on her when another actor does and it’s barely an issue. Either way, stop jumping on her.

And I’m sure she knows the character she is playing.

They had such a great money shot at the end of the last trailer that it’s going to be hard to top with the next one!
