Homecoming Cast the Marvel Spidey Universe, again - Part 1

He's one of those choices that when you think of it, you suddenly can't imagine anyone else pulling it off as well.

Kind of a crazy idea, but how about Norman Osborn being a woman this time around?

Tilda proved she can do the ruthless business(wo)man side of things in Michael Clayton, and she certainly proved she can be the Goblin in Snowpiercer. Plus it's just weird enough to be right up in her alley.

That's probably more out of the box than my fan cast pick for Norman:

Denzel would be a killer Norman Osborn.

Denzel would be a killer Norman Osborn.

No doubt. He's a fan choice to play T'Chaka in Black Panther, but I don't see it happening based on his filmography. He's played characters that have died, but not until the end of the movie, so T'Chaka would have to have a major role in the film fighting alongside his son until he gets killed in the third act of the film for Denzel to play the character.

If he was Norman though, I have no idea who would play Harry. Out of the young black actors who could easily play high schoolers....maybe Stephan James.

This would be Stephan James. He's 21. I think if Denzel was to be Norman, he would be a good Harry but he's also my pick for Randy Robertson...

I'd be perfectly fine with changing the race of Norman/Harry it's not really that vital to their characters imo. The only characters whom absolutely have to stay the same race are

Uncle Ben
Peter's Parents

Well that idea didn't work. Kinda strange how Dylan is the most famous person on the show and he's not even the main character. Hell, some people just know Dylan and have never even heard of TeenWolf.

If Peter is only 14 or 15 and he looks young, then if they go for someone that much older in her 70s or 80s, that will emphasise the age difference even more and she will definitely seem like his great grandmother. But if he is college-aged, it might allow a slightly older May (but still shouldn't look so granny-ish like Rosemary Harris).

Or they can just give a young actor some make up to make her look old and have her be aunt may for 3 movies without risk of the actor passing away before the second film due to age...just a thought.
