Hey, Ed, here's my take on your cast.

I think Patrick Wilson, would make a good Henry Pym, seeing as he has the right chops for what Edgar Wright is envisioning. However, he'd probably be a better pick than who the studios are considering (i.e. Robert Pattinson).

Not sure I see Steve as Foggy Nelson. I'm going with Seth McFarlane, seeing as he can be a good actor (especially when voicing Brian on Family Guy; there's some poignant moments at times).

I don't know what to think of Sarah Shahi as Elektra. I thought of her earlier, but she's more of a goofball chick, and she's only 5'3". My choice would be Stana Katic. 5'9" and knowledge of the Greek lingo.

I dig Brendan, Melissa, Walton, Elias, and Scott for the roles you gave them.
