That's because the only people who matter tonight to the virals were the ones on the gruond in those two cities. It didn't make any difference if we watched those feeds or not.

Well at least I can say I was happy with this. A real live Batsignal? Even though I'm not there to see it I'm excited. How awesome is that!? I've never seen anything like that before except in the movies and comics.

I don't mind that there wasn't anything more. I'm sure the people who were at the events had fun. That CFB swag they gave out would put a smile on my face.

I think they really had problems in Chicago and that's why it took so long. Otherwise, it would have ended in an hour or so.

Anyway, I liked the bat-signal stuff. It was really cool to see it going on. And, although they could have told us that they were done through the chat, I had fun here reading what you guys post.

on the plus side... if they stay up all night, i'll be impressed..
and i'm happy I got to see the Bat Signal actually shine (even if it was the teaser trailer...
which... who was saying they won't show us something we've already seen???)
but for the most part... i think they could've done something... bigger...

at least doing it in other cities would've been cooler.

It's true that the people on the ground really do matter more in their eyes but it would have been nice to have something happen online especially considering that the events only took place in two cities instead of the wide variety they usually have.

It's just disappointing is all..

Im not 100% sure that the entire thing wasn't a Stage. The company who is doing the Viral is notorious for promoting and planning and executing massive FAKE events. I bet those on the ground actually saw something but what those of us on the net saw was a fake. That is a basic program to write including the chat. Im not questioning the activities on NYC and Chitown but... I bet the majority of the people were planted. All that being said... It still rocks. The only question is this The people who have the Bat Signal shining in their windows... are they not complaining? I would be

Absolutely amazing night. My highlight was running with the guy who got one of the pizza boxes and reading his instructions for him while a few hundred people sprinted after us. it did lead us to a CB radio in the end which another guy got, and no one ever responded on it unfortunately.


on another note, one of the swag leaders told us that the guys dressed up hard core as the joker, poison ivy and whoever else ended up getting handed a special JOKER CARD with instructions as well, they ran off alone and those people that saw it lost them in the end. pisses me off if thats true

yes... i just hope they don't follow the same formula for The Joker's Finale...

If they don't have a massive 'blow out' for everyone, i feel they will ruin the chances of the movie being a huge success...
