Characters you would have liked to see in the Raimi universe

I would have LOVED to have seen Malkovitch as Vulture as well as Dylan Baker becoming the Lizard. It probably would have happened if Sony didn't mess with Sam.

Sam thought of using Morbius, and while I wolud have rather had more 60's Villlains instead, I think Morbius could have worked well in Sam's hands.

Electro and Mysterio. My two favorite members of the Sinister Six after Doc Ock.

Agreed. Electro and Mysterio are some of my favorites and I think Mysterio could have messed with Spidey's mind real well. There are plenty of times in the comics where he nearly drove Spidey to insanity.

Kraven has SO much potential that people don't see. Read Kraven's Last Hunt, and tbh, that's not even why he's such a great character.

I would've loved for Raimi to continue some of his characters' journeys, such as John Jameson becoming Man-Wolf and Dr. Connors becoming Lizard. Other than that, I would've loved to see Electro. Besides GG, Doc Ock, Venom and Lizard, I'm a huge Electro fan. Sandman is still a great choice as well, but I much prefer Electro. And Man-Wolf just because it would make sense since Raimi already brought in John in S-M 2.

I'm pretty much for any of the above, especially Malkovich as the Vulture and Baker as Lizard. Raimi is good with horror and monsters. I mean, I thought Venom looked fantastic.

You all will slay me for this, but when Morbius was rumored that interested me as well. A Raimi Morbius could be terrifying.

Vampires today are almost dead (punny? ) except for things like True Blood. I mean, I'd like to see what Raimi could do with a vampire like Morbius. It would make Twilight look even stupider I hope.

Now he doesn't have to be that...vampire-y looking. And don't get me wrong, there are tons of villains I'd like to see before him, but I just wanted to throw this in the thread because I don't think anyone mentioned it. And, I like horror.

I agree that seeing a badass vampire once more would be a nice treat after disasters such as Twilight, True Blood, Vampire Diaries and what not, but there are much better villains for a director to deal with than Morbius. Although, I do agree with you that Raimi could have had a special twist with Morbius given Raimi's directing background.

I always loved to hear Morbius saying the word 'plasma' on S:TAS. Hell, it would've been a great drinking game

I hated him in the animated series-sucking plasma through his hands. Vampires bite and drink blood. If your show is too kiddie-fied to depict that, DON'T USE VAMPIRES!

That was such a small annoyance next to a Punisher that couldn't shoot, a Blade that didn't use blades, Carnage being a glorified Rogue and the aforementioned vampires that don't bite.

Agreed. People have got to remember that series like Batman: The Animated Series were the exception in terms of censorship. They had friends in the censors so they were allowed to use real guns and punch people. Spider-Man was an example of the censorship most other cartoons had to deal with at the time. Goddamn soccer moms.
