In X-men 31, Prof X was shocked when Jean used her TK to dance with him at her wedding bc not all of the guests were aware of their powers

That was thirty, not 31. Curiously enough, that was one of the few issues where Ororo cried probably she was still sensible from the Forge debacle since it happened right before the wedding. I miss those days

Magma comes into my head like a New Mutant, she was so little time with the Hellions, and Warpath just screams "X-Force" into my brain, so no wonder I forgot

the rest of the New Mutants plus Kitty were also Hellions for a short period but I only included Magma bc when she went to the team, she wasnt influenced or forced by Emma as was the case before.

had to check, thanks but i still stand by my opinion of liking the change.

its alright but to me it feels as if Xavier has been demoted. I dont like seeing him in this new unimportant role where he doesnt even matter. He gets no respect and has little authority. This guy was their founder and he owns teh school. I dont mind Scott and Emma in their current roles but not at the expense of Xavier. He shouldnt be treated as if he is beneath them. In all honesty, Xavier should be the lead guy in charge, but if anything make them all equal. That would be a good compromise. If I had to choose my way, Id make Xavier the headmaster with Emma being co-headmistress assisting him. Scott really doesnt seem like a teacher or the type to run a school. He's better suited overseeing the various X-teams and of course his own main squad

The only way to get Charly X back to running things is to actually write him to be a decent guy again. I wouldn't let the Charles Xavier from recent years anywhere near the New X-Men.

I think they're just setting up the X-Men: Legacy series, I think it might be about Charly X trying to redefine his own role as a teacher/savior of mutantkind, and what can he do outside the school. We just have to wait a bit

Don't quite agree Chuck should be back in charge, but, yeah, Cyke and Ems really should stick their respective rightful jobs of full time warleader and administrator.
