Ohmygodohmygodohmygod that was FANTASTIC!!!! Supes racing to get ahead of the plane, New Krypton, Superman getting his ass kicked--and Lex! Perfect. I loved the music, I hope they have something similar in the film.

My two favorite things were
1) Kitty: "Wow, that's really something, Lex."
Lex: "Wait for it."
2)Superman flying high up into the atmosphere, into the Sunlight, to get a recharge.

You can see him get a high off it, since he starts to curl his fists. This scene could really fit in quite a few places in the film. Might be good at the ending.

Can't wait to see this in the theatre.

I'd say that part would where he goes back to finally destory NK

Now this is interesting. It looks like NK has green K all over the place. Is it just me?

Whenever Lex says "Now fly." I hear him say "Now cry." Keeps confusing me.When Superman is unconscious falling toward what looks like a city, perhaps that is when he is hit by that missle Lex launches?

No, you're right.

No, it's when he just launched NK in the space.

is that...Jim Carrey??? :D

Throwing NK into space is pushing the limits of believability for me. but then, I never was a fan of a "supercharged" Kal-el. As long as its done well, I won't have any problems with it. I'm just wondering how the hell he cuts it from the ocean's crust. Thing is . . . a continent. Huuuuge. heat vision, perhaps?

I have a strong feeling he uses the heat vision based on what I've read off some of these threads.

Nope, just brute force.

I dunno. I was really looking forward to trailer 3 cuz 2 helped me get over the crappiness of 1, but now regress has come over me. Routh is just too young. so is Beckinsale and whoever's playing Olsen now. I mean, c'mon, 5 (or 7, whatever) YEARS has passed since SM2 and Lois Lane looks like she just graduated junior college and Olsen looks like his paycheck goes to arcade games cuz he still lives with mommy. it's ruining it again for me. Spacey still looks like he's gonna pull it off with ease. but Routh, even his voice emphasizes his young age. I'm not saying I woulda wanted Nicolas Cage to take the role. **** that! God that woulda been sacrilige. but a man should've been hired for SR, not someone who'd fit in a boyband.

I hope that music isn't in the movie. it fits in the sense that it promotes the epic mood of the movie, but it sounds like it was stolen from Excalibur or LOTR. ya, no good, man. wrong picture.

now the flight scenes look sick. all of them. and now the plane sequence has finally looked slick to me with the new footage. I like that you can see Supe as a small body racing passed the massive structure of the plane. it's more demensional and active than Supe always flying face first into the camera.

but now trailer 3 has turned me off again of Routh. you could picture him walking down the block with Ashton Kutcher saying "dude" and "sweet" but you couldn't picture that with a guy like Reeves. I wouldn't wanna see Reeves pt 2, but a more mature hero is what Superman is.

btw, what the **** does Lex Luthor wanna build a new world for anyways? I'm missing how it's all supposed to make him happy with himself.

and he calls Superman God? losing me on that one, too.

he creates a new continent, which in the process destroys much of the rest of the world, which means many people have to live there, he gets to lord over them, and since its made from kryptonite, superman cant get near him to do anything about it.

My God, do you not understand that this isn't a direct sequel? Go back and watch Superman: The movie, accept replace CR with BR and Kidder with Bosworth. Thats what this is. 6 years isn't really enough to age much, honestly.

Awaiting quick time..

the trailer was fantastic..you can see that they were slowly showing more of brandon speaking over the coming trailers..

and he sounds very good..

I'm gonna go see X-Men 3 today and hopefully i'll get to see the bullet to the eye trailer. I don't think i'd see this one, sadly.
