The gay vibes with the Prince were totally intentional right? I'm not sure how anyone could write/play that scene as it is without there being some subtext.
Mine too. Of course, being my new TV crush helps, lol.He is FAST BECOMING one of my favs this season. Definitely my fav combo of Mon/Kara....![]()

I don't think it will matter if it turns out he completely made that story up and is actually the prince himself. The gay vibes with the Prince were totally intentional right? I'm not sure how anyone could write/play that scene as it is without there being some subtext.

On another note, seeing him in those glasses in the promo made me realize one reason why they probably decided to scale back his power-set - no X-Ray vision means no lead-lined glasses like Kara's. Gives them more freedom with regards to how they handle the lead weakness reveal.
That he does...You are not joking, he is just a cutie....that last scene with him and Kara and the whole "Daxam and the partiers" and "Krypton and the snobs" and his laugh.....he laughs with his eyes like Melissa does. I love that....

Also, don't look now, but we can add him to the already impressive list of Supergirl cast members who can seriously sing. He was Melchior (the lead) in the Spring Awakening touring company (which means I ALMOST got to see him, but I saw his replacement instead when they came to DC) and apparently once played Prince Eric in some (probably college) production of Little Mermaid:
And then there's this (with the aid of some alcohol, I'm sure) lol:
Mon-El better be a part of the musical crossover, is all I'm saying.
What? No I totally haven't been researching all things Chris Wood over the last couple days. That's preposterous.![]()

I believe Mon-El is the prince, and no....I didn't get any kind of vibes like that. At first I thought they were brothers...
Then why did the blonde man choose to stay behind to be with his people? If Mon-El abandoned them doesn't that make him kind of cowardly?
And if he did exist, the roles were likely reversed, making the other guy a palace guard simply doing his sworn duty in getting a member of the royal family to safety. Either way, I doubt Mon-El comes out of this looking very heroic once we learn the real story, lol.
They look so good together.
Well he's definitely a better fit for Kara's love interest than Jimmy and Winn were, imho.
