michael emerson would be the perfect Nolan style Riddler. The only problem is that his Ben character from lost is exactly like what Riddler would be in the film. He might not want to be type casted. like how Josh Holloway didn't want to be Gambit in Xmen.

I would love to watch JC's stupid face when they announce he lost to his ex wife.

I think it will happen. The Hurt Locker should definitely beat Avatar for Best Pic. It's obvious, but the idiotic hypocritical biased Academy voters will probably give it to there pal Cameron.

Would LOVE to see the look on Camerons face if his ex wife Bigelow beats him!

Avatar flat out sucked. It's like a model with a disease and a crap personality, anything that's not visual you really don't want to deal with. The acting, dialogue, story, length, everything that wasn't a visual sucked.

Basterds was your typical Tarantino movie but not Best Pic worthy at all.

Basically those 2 movies are only there because they expanded the field to attract more viewers. Avatar is there on it's box office alone and if it wins I will completely lose faith in the Academy.

I still feel that if the film (BF) was less campy and more serious, Carey would have been a great Riddler. He has done some pretty serious stuff after BF that indicates he could fit in the Nolan-verse.
And anyway, he sounds a better choice than Eddie Murphy as the Ridler (ooohh Sun).

That's true, the only problem I find when I watch him is I wait for him to do some typical Carey mannerisms that kind of spoils the whole thing if you know what I mean.
