It looks like they did as they got a lot of complaints about it on Twitter, FB, and in their comment section.Did it get re-written? I'm not getting how it says critics are split.
Honestly, I could be wrong but I recall Spider-Man's RT being lower when it first came out 14 years ago.
Maybe some more reviews were aggregated for Spider-Man over time and that's just how the math came out?
If this doesn't stay in the 90s it's a crime.
Shut the front doorAfter reading the review from Tony Medley, I'm not sure how exactly he's a top critic. His entire review was like 5-6 paragraphs of him basically complaining that he doesn't really care for these films anymore. Plus, his website looks like something out the late 90s-early 00s. Looking at his history, he just doesn't like CBMs. For example, he gave Deadpool a 0/10 and AoU a 1/10 but rated FF4 a 5/10.

The problem is not in low score, but in tone of reviw. One thing is to say "I didn't like it. I didn't like this this and this". And completely opposite is "Another marvell misfire" or smth worse
