Well I'd call 300 the epitome of a "lads movie". To be fair I couldn't see any woman enjoying it, apart from maybe the Queen gutting Dominic West's slimey character.

Right, because there was NOTHING in 300 for women...

But yeah, sParta was actually a pioneer in feminism. Their women not only enjoyed freedom envied by those in the rest of ancient Greece, but they were renowned for their beauty. (Helen of Troy) Also, that line Queen Gorgo said to the Persian messenger about how "Only sPartan women gave birth to real men." was an actual historical quote of hers.

It seems as if people these days don't seem to appreciate orchestrational music, especially when it suits movies like this one. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for head-bangin, blood-pumpin, heavy metal rock, BUT, it has ZERO place in gladiator pictures, period. Post-apocolyptic films, fine, but not here. That's why I only saw 300 once and I'm hoping that the filmmakers are actually going to apply a real music score, as they did with the original "Titans", to this new one. I can do without Hans "My drums aren't loud enough" Zimmer interfering with a Kraken showdown.

Bah. Music evolves. Sometimes for the better, sometimes for the worse but their you have it. Saying nobody appreciates orchestral music because trailers for period films throw in a little electric guitar dueling with the violins is like crying about the sky falling.

Very sad, I hope he gets a Cameo he was awesome in the original.

Wow, I can't believe all the negativity regarding this movie. I thought the teaser was pretty good. I mean, it did what it was suppose to do for me. That is, it grabbed my attention and had me asking "wow, where is the rest?" Hence, the definition of a "teaser".

That's how I felt about the teaser, and I'll bet the general audience will feel the same way.

It looks okay. Not a great trailer. Music doesn't do it any favors. Neeson and Fiennes do look fantastic, though. I see almost no emotion from Worthington. I guess this Perseus is an angry, stoic one. Not the best thing to judge the content of this film by, though, that much is obvious.

I think the idea is there: fast paced with metal, but it was sloppily done. Right idea, so-so execution.

No. Teaser is just that. Something to tease you into wanting to see more.

This teaser did not EFFECTIVELY make me want to do that. It was confusing and dumb and just made me go, whatever. That's not a good teaser reaction.

teaser was cool, but it looks a lot like the 300 movie, mostly the fighting scenes and the shot of Sam W. flying with his sword lol, movie looks good

Don't hold your breath on that one folks. Nintendo is reluctant when it comes to adapting any of their properties after "Super Mario Bros" (the movie).

So don't expect to see a Zelda or Pokemon movie anytime soon.

They should let an actual decent animation studio take one of those projects. I honestly have zero desire to a live action Pokemon or Zelda film, but one done by Pixar or Studio Ghibli would be aces.

Well, I do want a live action Poke flick, only because seeing those things created in CG/animatronic fashion would be scary than a mother****er.

I am just really skeptical that they could make Pokemon that wouldn't look laughable next to the human actors. Plus the concept is very very cartoony. It could end up looking pretty ridiculous.

I'm sure any of them could do wonders with either of those franchises.

Thats exactly why I would want to see a PM movie. Now that would be a sight to see.

Hell, the Snorlax alone doesn't even have to be CG, just Jim Henson's Creature Shop.

I've yet to hear anything from you that is remotely positive or optimistic on anything, VO.

LOL, VileOne is from Hollywood, so he's just a jaded mofo in general.
