Heh arguably the "worst" episode of Community..ever is on the back half of Season 1 or Season 2 depending your tastes. Those first episodes are awesome in establishing the group dynamics.

The TV Critics Choice Awards gave a slew of nominations to Community! Best Comedy Series, Best Actor (McHale), Best Supporting Actor (Pudi) and Best Supporting Actress (Brie).

That is pretty awesome. Between that and Emmy Rossum getting a Best Actress Drama nomination, I'm stunned an awards show got so much right.

It is still a work in progress but someone has started designing the JOURNEY TO THE CENTER OF HAWKTHORNE video game!

All you can do is jump with the latest version, but they have designed plenty of other costumes like Joey (White Abed), Batman, Squirrel Britta, T-Rex Britta and Constable Reggie with Pillow Man!

While I agree the choice for them to direct the next Captain America is a little out of left field and a kind of bizarre decision I have to point out that they aren't just comedy producers. They have been directing TV episodes and films for over 10 years now.

Yeah, because F. Gary Gray never just delivers simple, generic studio films /end sarcasm.

These dudes are obviously talented and intelligent. Marvel has a history of plucking lesser known directors for their projects, filmmakers who are hungry to give a project their all. The Russos will do just that.

The Russo's, despite being TV directors, have a better track record than F. Gary Gray.

I've enjoyed Gray's movies. As far as the Russos, I'd say Marvel hasn't let me down yet with their directorial choices.

Looks like it's going to be a straight run to the finish like they did this year. They're going to air all the episodes every week with no break. Also they might be airing the new episodes later to see how the rookie comedy's do and if they have to order more Community episodes.

There will be a 2-3 week break with Christmas and New Year's plus a week off for Thanksgiving Weekend. So 5-3-5 if they don't get any additional episodes ordered.

That's the plan, but anything could change once the season starts. I think the reason why Community is starting so late is because NBC wants to see how all the other shows perform in the ratings. There's always the chance that Community could expand to 22 or 24 episodes and get moved back to Thursdays.

NBC is gonna preview most of their new shows during the Olympics. So, in August we'll get an idea of how things might turn out.
