Tell me about it!! The other day I saw a woman driving a bus! A FREAKING BUS!!! Man, that's gonna' suck for those passengers who need to get off before 8 o'clock...

Thats bull**** i say. i know i'm suppose to clean up but the parents take no resposibily.


one little brat threw his soda down cause he didn't wanna leave the stupid playplace.

and another time some fat people were too lazy to use the regular exit so they just walked out the emergency exit even thought it says on the door three times emergency exit alarm will sound. they didn't care not one bit! so whos gotta turn off the alarm thats blaring me! and when i'm doing that the alarm is blaring right into my ear!

JAL where do you want to move from this job? Management or use this experience to get another job and if so where?

To follow up on my post, if I dropped my fries or anything especially on a McDonald's floor, how do you expect me to pick it up? Do you expect someone who spills their drink to get a bunch of napkins? I mean McDonalds has a mop and bucket. Sorry, I feel that's one of the responsibilities of the workers.

This sounds mean but I'm not getting my hands dirty. A napkin or a fork, sure I'll pick it up. But food? No.

Why do people put such effort into being nice to your face when they don't really like you! I just moved to Uni and already there are girls who are all "Hey, do you want to come to the pub with us tonight, you should totally come out!" Then they ditch or act they they don't want you around when you do go out. Stop messing with me! It's really starting to upset me and make me think that I am just an unlikeable person I probably am...

Also, why do the security guards do nothing about the people sitting in their car in the carpark right outside my window blaring dance tunes at 11:30pm on a weeknight! I wouldn't mind so much if the music was anywhere near good even

I did see a woman driving a school bus on my way to work. I was driving behind her and I was horrified when she made a turn and went up the sidewalk! Those poor children!!

Such meanies. I bet they didn't really need to put in any effort in that act, Noon. They've probably done it to many others that it's just a part of who they are. Too bad you had to even cross path with those kinds of people. I don't know you in person but from what I know of you here (through reading your posts), you are anything but 'unlikeable'. I like you.

I worked fast food all through college.....

Job Description:

*cook
*run register
*clean up after myself, clean up my designated area, which could sometimes include the dining area...

Because, it is the customer that IS PAYING, and IS PAYING for your paycheck....

Therefore, they should be able to buy their meal, enjoy their meal, and get up and leave and enjoy the rest of their day.


Or am I missing something, maybe fast food has changed since I was working in that profession...

Doesn't mean people need to be such flippin' slobs...

I kind of hate to dis my own gender, but there really are some messed up girls/women out there. You just have to get good at picking up the vibe early on, so you don't waste a lot of time with them. I put it off to insecurity. With most women, all their problems come down to insecurity. (Remember that, that's a helpful tip.)

But that kind of goes along with my original complaint, about how hard it is to be friends with guys. Because guys (I'm generalizing, here) tend to have different priorities and different perspectives on things, and that's why I like hanging out with them. They don't get in to a lot of the stupider type things that so many women do. For instance, I can't stand gossipy people. I just can't stand it. My best girl friend is a gossip and we're always fighting about it. Guys tend not to be as gossipy as women. I like that about men. But then you have a whole other set of problems with them.

Let's not forget with women who backstab,start rumors,and have mood swings at that time of the month.Women can be very brutal with their own kind.Least with guys all women have to worry about is if the guy is going to try and get into your pants,I think women like the company of men since men use humor to bond.
