Concerns Hulk fight scenes may not be best of summer/genre

Yup that's the top and bottom of it.

TIH will no doubt have the best fights of the SH genre, in any film.

I truely can't wait for Hancock to arrive in theaters!!!!.... But it must be said, I dont think anything will beat the final brawl between Hulk and Abomi in TIH this summer!

That beeing said, I think The Dark Knight will knock the **** out of everything that comes near it! (not concerning the action, but with everything else!)

I'm just comparing things based on what the tv spots show for both on a fair-by-fair analysis and han*****' final showdown comes across as more epic even though I can't tell who he's up against.

I'm in no way bias, I just don't want hulk's climax to be overshadowed considering the close release dates of the films.

I really don't get the Hancock release on this dates, after a really good reaL Superhero movie (Ironman), and then THE HULK, and after that BATMAN! I mean what are the chances of this..."funny and bump superhero"...but oh well like i said, someitmes people are crazy and they might go for it...

I can almost bet that the hulk will have the greatest acton scenes of the summer.

Hancock look like it could have some good action but it just seems that the hulk has so much more crazy over the top action.

I think it'll definately beat iron-man.Even tho iron man had cool action. And it will definately be better action than the dark knight. I didn't see caspian but i'm sure it'll have better action than that one to.

I can't really think of any other new films comming out. But im almost sure the hulk will have the most unique and intense action scenes of the summer.

Well I think so far we haven't really gotten a big summer action fun extravaganza movie.

Iron Man is a superb superhero origin movie and had some cool vfx and action but the sequel is where we will get real action.

IJ4 sucked.

I believe that if you haven't watched the clips then the action in Hulk will really rock hardcore. It is going to be spectacular in my opinion. BALLS TO WALLS. The last fight scene could be the best of the summer and the year. I know I haven't watched a single clip aside from the first two trailers so I am pretty sure it will be awesome.

Wanted is another action flick that could be great but it will be a different kind of action movie with slo mo, nice gun shots and chase scenes etc.

Hancock is gonna be a giant pile of meh and this is coming from a huge Will Smith fan.

TDK will have nice realistic action but nothing that will be blow us away.

Mummy 3 will no doubt have some really great action scenes and cool vfx and a nice big battle scene in the end and could be the third best of the summer.

I think the only movie that has chances of beating Hulk in terms of balls to walls and spectacular action is Hellboy 2.

I actually don't think she's as hot as many people do. I've turned down better (to be fair though, I've also been with worse). She's pretty, no doubt, but she's not really "movie star hot" IMO. A friend of mine thinks she's a dime, but I'd give her maybe a 7.5. No higher.

To stay on topic. I think the action in Hancock will be good but brief. We've probably seen all the best stuff in the trailers. It won't have a big 15 minute brawl between two monsters. It'll have a 60 second brawl between Will Smith and a chick.

One of the reviews said the final battle in TIH out does the final battle in transformers, so I think it's going to be pretty hard to beat .

This may seem slightly naiive since I have yet to watch any of the clips released on the internet but I've recently seen a Hancock trailer which looks like it has some sort of killer final fight scene with someone getting a truck smashed over them with storms going on and what not.

Now considering we are talking about the Hulk, marvel's heavy weight slugger, are there any concerns that hancock may provide a more epic final confrontation than the long awaited hulk/abomination act.

I already feel that perhaps it may be impossible for the hulk to emulate some raw feats of strength shown by supes in supes returns (lifting a kryptonite city/continent and throwing it into space while having kryptonite lodged inside him) but now I am feeling slihgtly worried that the hulk may be further overshadowed and won't be the fight scene to remember for all time or even over the summer.

What are your views on this?

This thread would probably be more useful after both films have been released but we might as well get the ball rolling on this one.

i agree, from the clip i saw.. i dont see anything worth remembering... much like the hulk dogs fight...

its funny that there are some concerns with Hancock and its possible effect on TIH and Iron Man 2. Although, I would have to watch Hancock to make a good indication of its effects, but from what I seen so far, I think TIH will owned Hancock.
