Here's an update that happened while the Hype was down...

UPDATED: “007” sent this in today and I thought I’d post it for ya’ll--
“Just a few addition notes regarding the information I sent you about ‘TDK’ costume -- which you were kind enough to publish. There is nothing I’ve heard that suggests it will not be all-black [GOOD! -- Jett].
From what’s been whispered, it seems that the suit will be approved upon for Mr. Bale to use doing shooting. These improvements should mirror the tweaks that Bruce Wayne would make in the suit as his career progresses.

From what this source has indicated, the suit will look basically the same, but will be improved upon technology-wise...

Just slim it out some, get rid of the majority of the sculpted fake muscle, give the body a flat charcoal tone and the emblem, cape, cowl, gloves, and boots a jet black color, and it's enough of an Improvement for me.

I don't consider the costume a flaw at all. It was part of the story, and I loved that.

And, I hope the oval never returns. Ever.

I agree 100%, that was the best costume yet and the oval never did look like it belonged there, at least so long as it had that hideous yellow color. The only thing I wished were different about the costume was the way the cape attached. It was more like the way Superman's cape is attached to his costume. Batman's cape should be able to almost completely envelope him except for his head when he wants to. I think that means it attaches around the neck rather than at the shoulders.

Lighter and sleeker? Lighter as in color or weight?

The armor thing sounds like a great idea. If they can get the same effect of the rubber while avoiding the god awful tights and comic costume look, thatd be great.

The BB suit was the worst EVER.

Hulge bulging neck, tight jaw line that bunched Bales face, wet suit (Not Armor) look, Superman type cape attachments...

I prefer, the BF suit (Matt black) No nipples, with the BB belt, cape, and gauntles and symbol.
BR cowl.

Thats because Batman begins has no relation to the previous films, so subtle things were changed.

I just didn't have the energy anymore. I'm still registered at BOM though I rarely go there.
