thats a contradictionMagicPrime said:here here. The BB Begins was a great suit - all they need to do is buff out some of the kinks and perfect it even more.
The Guard said:At least they're considering correcting their "mistakes" from the first film. Though the same rumor says Katie Holmes will be back so...maybe not so much.
kedrell said:Not exactly digging the "underware outside the tights" look.
The Guard said:Ok. So the suit will now possibly look like heavy fabric and be more streamlined, which is what it should have looked like in BATMAN BEGINS to begin with.

yeah the cowl needed done badly, my guess is that's the main thing they're changing...lujho said:I really hope the change the cowl, but the "face" - the eyes and brows can stay largely intact.
I'd like them to lower the brows a bit though, and frankly I never liked those ridges that run from the outer corner of his eyes to his nose. A flatter nose, like the Demon-Batman's would be nice too.

Friday, August 11, 2006 - 9:57 AM CENTRAL TIME: Got this in a few days ago, and after verifying this insider does what he says he does, I decided to post it for all you BOF‘ers --
“Greetings BOF! Love the site!
I thought this bit of news may be of interest to you and your readers. I work in the UK...and would be considered as being part of the ‘crew' [on a film]. What I’ve heard rumoured is that the new Batman costume may be altered a bit. The appearance will not change dramatically, but will be lighter and sleeker than the one in ‘Batman Begins.’ It may also be constructed to look more like heavyweight fabric and armour than rubber. I shall let you know if I hear more.
If you use this, call me '007.'”
Hmm. Interesting. While I loved the BEGINS costume, I could go for a few sublte changes... It looks like Chris Nolan is already lining up his project after THE DARK KNIGHT. According to IESB.NET, Nolan is looking to helm a film based on the classic British TV show THE PRISONER...
What 'i want'? Are you going to wear it?Cinemaman said:All I want is more comfortable and flex suit with the same color and main details.
