Logistically... no. It's not about whether it's the exact same name or not (although if you do that, you're garantueed to be given a cease and desist), it's about likeness. If people were to confuse that band with a licensed Marvel product (and Marvel's lawyers could make that believable in court), you would get an order to stop.
