I hope it happens if Hulk isn't in it even though he doesn't have his own movie. Is it out of the question for him to take Hulk's place? I personally think he can be worked into it and show certain attributes(super powers) to keep the cost of the movie at a minimum. He can be tied in to the main bad guy or bad guys.

No. There's far too much backstory required to bring the Vision in.

First, we need Hank Pym. Then Ultron. THEN Vision.

Bringing in Wonder Man first wouldn't hurt, either.

I agree. Vision is best left to a sequel (perhaps one with Ultron). Marvel also need to have touched on the original Human Torch as well. If Ultron and Vision were to be in a sequel, I think that it's imperative that Hank Pym is introduced in the first movie, otherwise audiences won't have that history with him.

They're going to do an Ant-Man movie...it's already on IMdb. It wouldnt be canon, but you put the 3 in that movie and I'll go watch it :)

If they go with Ultron then Vision should be in the movie. If they go with Kang or Skrulls then you may want to hold him off. Depending on who the villain is in Avengers, I'd probably go Kang or Masters of Evil for the sequel, and bring in Vision and Ultron for the third movie.
