I'd have to agree. There are some (not many) things that are still pleasurable in life, so i'd like to be there for them. Also, if it's gone, alot of the physical desire wouldn't be as strong.

The gun is the logical choice. If you shoot yourself in the head, 99% of the time you'll die instantly(there are rare instances where people miraculously survive a close range assault with a firearm). If you cut off your organ, you may or may not go into shock, but you're alive until you bleed out.
