...... not for wolvie... id rather have a villain made of adamantium himself... HOW THE HELL WOULD YOU DEFEAT IT?

Uh.... Try Cyber and Ultron.... Both villains that have been defeated many times over. Cyber's fleshy parts were stripped off his adamantuim body if I'm correct. And Ultron was taken down from the inside out (someone reached in and yanked out his wiring/gears).

Naw, give me either Sandman OR Hydroman. Both are powerful in their own right. Both can add mass to themselves, and both can project themselves at a high rate of speed, or create any shape they wish.

I love super strength...i think it would be cool to have the power to...turn into a dog and bark at people when they walk by..and maybe like...urinate on their fire hydrants...wouldn't that be awesome??? (sorry..i reallly couldn't think of a good one!) lol

ummm... the only real point of Adamantium is that its unbreakable. If its a liquid, then u mite aswell have any other liquid metal.... kinda like Mercury from New X-Men

Well I know it's not a create a character thread, but one character I created has a yin-yang effect.

She's a healer, but when she heals something, she has to find something healthy to take the health from, and the thing she takes the health from deteriorates.
Same goes for when she deteriorates something with the similar effect.

A mutant with the ability to create a stallion out of pure telekinesis in which this mutant becomes nearly invulnerable when riding upon it.

I used to be on the create a new character thread alot when it was up and going...sadly it died. Anyway here are some powers I thought:

• See the past through a persons bloodline. For example, by ingesting a persons blood you could see into their past and see what they have done in their lives such as achievements, crimes etc. Also you could look further back into their bloodline such as looking at their parents or ancestors etc. I thought this power would work for a detective like character.
• Pyrokenisis caused by absorbing the physical and emotional pain of others. The character provides pain relief for others and also fuels his own powers. This could work for a very emosih character or for someone hooked on pain relief like vicadin.
• Empathic abilities linked to the seven deadly sins. The owner of this power could make anyone succumb to gluttony, greed, anger, lust, wrath, envy or slothfulness.
• The power to release paristic organisims that fuel your psychic abilities. For example I created a character that could release parasites, which he did into water systems, to infect a city with his parasites. His parasites all had a telepathic connection with him and when in a hosts body they feed of low level psychic energy given off by the host which was then passed on to the character. Even though the average person gives off very little psychic energy by infecting thousands of people he could achieve a high level of telepathy and telekenisis. By infecting psychic mutants he gets more energy.

Super Strength is grossly overused.

Let's see, a superpower, hmmm.....how about the ability to just go EMP. Anytime, anyplace. All the electronics would just fizzel out. Could be handy when facing some high tech baddys.

I have always liked the quill kinda character - but instead of just going porcupine one someone, you could shoot them out and they would have various side effects (paralysis, amnesia, even the flu).

Molecular controle over all matter. Reshaping and changing the environment. The mutant would have to be in contact with an object to use his powers or else he'd be too powerful. Unless it's a villain.
I'd have him fight with a wooden staff that he can turn into a adamantium sword or a giant metal hammer by using his powers.

Let's see, Cyber, Ultron, and Jocasta were all made of adamantium... Or mostly.

Cyber - Died from having flesh eating insects eat the flesh parts of his body. (Everything BUT his head, internal organs and bones were adamantium)

Ultron - Fantastic Four, among others, have ripped out his insides by cramming their hands down his throat.

Jocasta - Died at the hands of Ultron, by being ripped in half. (I think?)
