There are many characters in this film, so it's understandable. Too bad if it's only one scene.

He might just be there to cause the "incident" that sets the whole registration drive in motion. If he's going up against Cap's team, then the chances of him being captured are quite high imo. And yes, not having him interact with Zemo would seem like a wasted opportunity, as would not building on what happened to him in TWS. But then again, this movie already feels overstuffed.

If you check out Grillo's twitter/instagram he was only in Atlanta for less than a week. It is possible that he did shoot interior scenes with Bruhl (Zemo) since he's in Atlanta currently.

He was shooting in Toronto in the week prior to him filming CW in Atlanta. I don't think he did much more than what we saw in the set photos.

Damn... I was hoping for a lot of Crossbones.

Pretty disappointed in this, TBH.

(I would be fine if he goes out with a bang... blows himself up while causing an international crisis. It disposes of one villain, but in a totally bada$$, stakes-raising way...)
