Hard to expect this movie being jam-packed with characters that that Grillo as Crossbones will have a lot to do. My guess is he will have the Stone Cold Steve Austin role in Expendables.

Yeah you can ditch the crossbones logo on his chest but you have too keep the mask. The mask is so key to the character. I really hope marvel does it right. The look of a character can make it or break it a lot of the time.

The way Epting drew him in the comics is completely practical I expect little to no change frome that.

Really hard to guess if the helmet will be included.
The girl didn't think to probe and it's killing me.
All he seems to say if that to the uneducated eye you might see it as a simple swat suit but once you look closer the nuances he's added will have elements of the suit.

His laughing off a crossbones symbol on Rumlow's chest piece doesn't give me much hope that he'd have the balls to pull off a skull mask.

Come on you wuss! Aren't you trying to sell some action figures?!
Make some memorable villain out of this guy please!

Balaclava or tube mask makes perfect sense in light of his being a military/Shield operative.

Yeah, I don't expect him to have the mask very much in this movie, if at all. But Grillo did mention he was in talks for Age of Ultron before it was called Age of Ultron, and if he survives that he can always get a part of AOS

so what do you think turns him? his STRIKE team all getting killed because of something Steve does (or doesn't do)? i could see maybe Cap declining to put his old friend Bucky down and it leading to Bucky killing some people close to Brumlow.

I don't think Brock turns so much as he reveals his true colors.

He probably starts out as kind of a competent agent who Steve could be bros with, but when someone gives the orders, he has no qualms about turning on him.
