I had to rewind this twice, I couldn't believe how much more epic the lore just got on this show


I just hope we get their back story next season on how they became the FIRST vampire family

I was actually quite happy with that reveal. The whole Aztec thing never really sat right with me, what with the originals and such always seeming to start in Europe, how the heck did they get started in over in South/Latin America?

but as we saw, they planted similar rumors all around the world, the only one we saw was the aztec

Though, I think the writers should have given us a DIFFERENT fake artifact, something done by a witch perhaps? Because your right, just the word "Aztec" just does not seem to fit in with the show at all

yea but I thought they failed horribly (underworld) with that whole 'half vampire half werewolf' thing

To have a Half Vampire / Half Werewolf.....the thing they came up with could have been two times more epic looking than a dude with blue and black paint on his face, and black contacts...

I half expected a half vampire / werewolf to look something similar to Marcus from Underworld 2 when he was in beast form

I was fine with how they presented their half breed in Underworld. Here so far Klaus is a half breed but is still just a normal vamp who can turn into a werewolf.

I think it depends on how they were created. The Originals were likely created in a different way, cursed by witches or something, but all other vampires were created through how they're normally made in the show now, so the curse isn't as strong in them, so they have all the weaknesses that the Originals don't.

Could turn out that she will be a werewolf. Happy Sara Canning "Jenna" is getting more to do but it sucks that they are messing with her character & will eventually kill her off.

My problem with this......look how quickly Rose deteriorated after a werewolf bite?? She is 400 years older than Damon

Problem is the creators are standing firm that there is NO cure for a werewolf bite

Which made this show a whole lot more interesting

I really hope they sacrifice different vamp other then Jenna
