Cybertronian Modes/Forms

i remember there was a big discussion about Prime and Ironhide's cybertronian forms because a couple of pictures had leaked and the teaser showed what was supposed to be Ironhide emerging from the pool. well, i was watching those forms in the movie VERY carefully and to me it looked like they just reused/recycled 1 model for all of the Autobots's Cybertronian forms. am i the only one that saw that?

They all appear to have a very similar look on Cybertron. Once they merged with Earth technology, then their outer appearance changed.

The one that came out of the pool was Optimus. Notice it had red feet.

See, I originally thought it was Prime as well do to his tallness and the fact that his head looked like Prime's head. Then it instantly showed a GMC truck...so I thought Ironhide.

Right now? I have no clue, I thought Prime landed in the field due to him scanning the truck from off in the field.

Dont apologize, venom4life. You're right. It was Ironhide. Optimus crashed on a hill, where he took the form of the Peterbilt cab. Ironhide crashed in the family's pool, after which he went into their driveway to take the form of the GMC truck. Want more proof?

Two things wrong here. The toy is no way to compare at all to the pic you gave plus the pic you gave is hecka old. They changed the design of the head so it looks just like Protoprime's head, even if the body didn't.

The TF coming out the pool IS Ironhide. You can still hear the dad telling his daughter to come inside, and *****ing about the pool as Ironhide get's his GMC alt mode. Prime crashed on a hill.

After watching it a second time, I did realize that they did seem to use the same model for all the protoforms.

The Autobot that came out of the pool was Ironhide, immediately after hiding from the parents he transforms into the GMC pickup. The Autobot that landed in the field was Optimus, since he immediately ran to the hill and scan the Peterbilt truck.

Wouldn't in make more sense for a TF to come out of a residential area, such as a pool, and scan the vehcile he see's parked in front of that residence, as opposed to landing in someonse backyard, running past all the cars they must have in their driveway or street, to run up to a hill, while risk being seen and then scan a truck....

well, I'll say they look alike. But it's easy to tell their difference in size. Jazz and the one came out of pool is definitely difference.

And no matter how closely or carefuly you watch, it's impossible to say that whether or not they are the SAME, especially those shots are in dark night.

Glad people think the one out of pool is Prime, just what I think from the beginning.

umm prime isnt an idiot and he knows what he wanted that suite dhim and obviously the truck suited him and he liked the look of it. they all scanned cars that intrested and liked them. for example when bumblebee scanned the camero. it intrested him and he like dthe look of it. after all they are ai robots that can think for themselves. and choose what they like.

I think they choose vehicles that would suit their sizes. Since Jazz was the smallest, he knew damn well that he couldn't scan a truck. They didn't really seem picky, except for Jazz, who just looked like he was window shopping for a hot car.

I can't even believe this is in debate. Ironhide comes out of the pool. He is in the driveway of that house when he adopts the GMC disguise. It cuts from the father *****ing to his transformation. Optimus is running through the field and up a hill. There are NO houses around...anywhere. Then he scans the truck that is passing by. How do you people not follow simple storytelling?

I hate to be rude here but all of you that think it was Prime in the Pool are seriously very very dumb (On this point anyway)

It is so very clearly Iron Hide in the pool for all of the reasons listed above.

How can you even use red feet as an argument? Prime only became red after scanning the Semi, which was red.
