TV-14 actually, which is more than good enough. Breaking Bad was TV-14 and had plenty of violence and dark themes. You can get away with pretty much anything on TV-14 other than explicit sexual content.

More than sufficient imo.

To be fair, DeKnight could have joking. Having said that, I think of ways to put in the show without spending a lot of money on a Stilt-Man suit or adding something that would not fit in with the noir tone of the show.

You either just have him be a Butt Monkey character (though that is Turk's main job) with a funny cameo or if you want a more serious take, just make him a white collar criminal. Really that is what he is in his first appearance, he was stealing designs from his boss and using them for criminal enterprises (though in a really goofy way) and then had the gall to sue his boss. Really though after his first appearance Stilt-Man was rather pointless, he was more interesting as a white collar criminal then another generic thief with a gimmick. Having Wilbur Day simply selling information to organised crime outfits for cash, would make him far more dangerous then that goofy Stilt-Man armor ever did.

I think that is the type of crime we don't see enough of in the Marvel Universe, people using their position to get information to sell to the highest bidder, normal people who abuse their position, rather then becoming public criminals. That would show how deep the corruption runs in NYC.

I hope they don't get Katrina Law and don't go for an Asian Elektra. She's meant to be Greek, and I want someone who looks Greek this time round.

Katrina Law looks like she could be anything, fwiw.

I'm skeptical that we'd get Elektra at all this season, so I'm not thinking about the comment too much. He's mostly just commenting in vaguely positive ways to every tweet unless it's a question he can substantively shoot down. Katrina Law for Elektra is about as important as new surround sound system in his view.

Drew Goddard and Steven DeKnight have worked together in the past. Goddard is attached to a Spidey film rumored to be a soft reboot. DeKnight responded with Spider-Man (along with others) when asked which Marvel character he'd like to use in Daredevil.

Suggested at least suggests that he would consider hiring her. I don't think you can even read that much into it.

And I'm saying this as someone who'd have no problem with Katrina Law as Elektra.
