Hrm. Kim Coates or Tommy Flanagan are the first two that come to mind. I liked the show but I'm not a superfan or anything, someone else can prolly come up with some better ones.

If the choice were up to me I'd get Ben Foster. Start with his character in 3:10 to Yuma as a baseline and go from there. Hoo boy.

I can fully endorse Ben Foster in almost anything. The man has always been a young Sean Penn. Even went out and got his woman.

he looks more like ryan gosling than someone i imagine to be bullseye. i can honestly see a black guy taking bulseye's place. i mean lately we've been getting alot of character being played by african american actors. jamie foxx was electro, laurence fishborne was perry white, idris elba is playing heimdall, candice patton is playing iris west and and recently ben urich and jimmy olsen are both being played by black actors. it wouldn't surprise me anymore if they got a black actor to play bullseye. i mean they even went as far as to strap nick fury to the moon so sam jackson can take his seat and they even had to kill off the watcher to do it

Well, it appears that more "Defenders" characters are going to show up than originally thought. Since Hellcat will now be in Jessica Jones, do you think any more potential members could show up in DD?

That's not exactly news. Am I supposed to expect that Marvel isn't going to promote this? Lame.

Frankly, I could see Ryan Gosling being Bullseye. If you saw him out of costume, for a long time he looked like a blond-haired good old American boy.

And they need to make him look completely different from the movie version.

I'd love for there to be a SB trailer since they don't really need to promote Ant-Man because that would be all over Avengers 2.

But the people in charge of the show have said that Netflix handles those things.

I'm sure it's going to be promoted. That comment from Marvel exec Ryan Penagos above suggests they have an impressive marketing blitz lined up. But the question of whether Marvel or Netflix will take lead on promotion is relevant because Marvel like to start early and steadily release content over an extended period of time, while Netflix seem to be pretty quiet until like a month before a show's release then go on an intensive marketing push.

I think they'll promote it, but two things: One, they tend to promote shows late. Two, have they taken out a Super Bowl ad before? By that, I mean an ad for a specific show as opposed to the service as a whole.

Seriously doubt there will be a dedicated ad for DD during the game. BUUUT I can see Netflix doing an ad with new footage in it. Best case scenario would be a brief glimpse. House of Cards is soon, too. So like a broad display of titles offered with HoC and DD getting the spotlight?

If that's the case, I doubt we'll get new footage that hasn't already been revealed in the still photos.
