So is Karen Page a bit down on her luck when we meet her? It looks like she's not quite together when she comes to Foggy's attention. Is she the one who is hovering over that dead body?

Based on the NYCC footage we saw, Karen Page is not in the best of places before Murdock and Nelson help her. When they hire her as their secretary it seems to be framed around keeping her out of trouble.

If that's the case, it's not difficult for her to slip back into her old ways and turn to making porn movies, prostitution and selling DD's identity for the sake of drugs. I wonder if they'll explore that in a later season. Not for a while though, I hope. She has to be practically recovered for a long while before a relapse or it won't be as effective if she's always just hopping back into that lifestyle.

No idea to the first one, I'd guess after TWS, before AoU. But I doubt it will matter because I don't think there is going to be much connection apart from perhaps name dropping Stark or Captain America, I could see a thug saying 'what you think you're Captain America?' or something like that.

I definitely don't expect to see a cameo from anyone currently in MCU.

yeah i figure that yeah.. well meaning you would see parts of NY still in rumbles if it kept with storyline wise you know? after midtown was messed up.

I'm confident there will be, if I'm not mistaken they've done that for House of Cards and every other netflix show.
I'm getting netflix just to watch this, they've effectively suckered me in to take even more money from me.

Oh I'm sure I will. One of my roommates had it on his apple TV a few years back, I loved it when it was available to me for free.
