What role do you think Elektra will play in the series?
Also, it's pretty exciting to think we might see another college flashback scene (loved those scenes in episode 10) introducing Elektra!

Hopefully they stick pretty close to her story in the Miller arc, with her college affair with Matt and the death of her father driving her away. Then the two of them at odds in present day.

After reading Man Of Fear for the first time a few weeks ago, I wasn't disappointed that we didn't see her much (after all it was Daredevil's origin not hers) but if they only do what they did with her in Man Without Fear, in Season 2, I will be pretty disappointed.

Too early to kill Karen off. She needs to have been romantically involved with Matt for a while for it to have the impact it should IMO.

Also do you guys think we could see Spider-Man in this series, or maybe DD in one of Spider-Man's movies?

There is also the business of her shooting Wesley that will need to be dealt with. I'm curious how that will pan out. It shocked the hell out of me.

I'm gonna make a video analysing the trailer but my theory is,
There will be a scene where Daredevil is tied up, on the roof (like the photo that guy uploaded) and Punisher is about to kill Karen because he knows how much she means to Matt, so Daredevil either has to shoot Punisher or try to break free from the chains and knock him out so he doesnt have to kill him. Of course he tries to shoot but theres no ammo, so Punisher shoots Karen, then Daredevil rages, breaks free from the chains and defeats Punisher before going downstairs (the shot of him holding chain and gun) and then the shot in the trailer where Foggy looks distraught, in between two swat members, is him seeing Karen's body. Also this is why Matt says he feels guilty at the start of the teaser, because he couldn't save her.

It will happen one day, we just have to be patient. It'd be super funny to see a scene with Deadpool and he is like "F**k you fox!" to the camera and spider-man and daredevil are like "who's fox? who are you talking to?"

Why would Frank shoot Karen? The whole point of that scene in the comics is that he shows Daredevil what choice he makes. Between killing a criminal and feeling responsible for everything (including other deaths) caused by the criminal if he lets them live. Even if he knew that Karen killed Wesley I don't think he would try to kill her for that, as he was the criminal and she did it in self defence. And the fact that he knows Matt cares about Karen shouldn't be a reason for him to tie up Matt and watch him kill her. Especially as the reason he tied Matt up is not because he wants to punish him, but because he wants to show Matt that he can't do what he's doing without killing the people he's trying to stop, so at that point he likes what DD is doing, but just believes he's being a naive wuss who should take it further.

Why would punisher kill karen? Why would netflix turn him into such a w****r? They are probably wanting to make a series about him, you don't do that by making half the audience hate him.

I'm very skeptical of the Punisher generally, but even I agree it wouldn't be in his MO to kill Karen - at least not for anything she's done on the show.

I actually wasn't even thinking about Man Without Fear, just the Daredevil series arc with her.

Man Without Fear was a pretty big retcon of a pretty good origin story. Not a retcon in the events but in her personality. I'm hoping they try to make her closer to the original version and not the crazy version that story had.

That's what Bullseye would do, not Frank.

Easily one of my favorite moments in the whole first season.

Yeh your right, it was just an idea I had

Fully agree.

I will just say, I think when written correctly, Punisher will not use leathal force lightly and will only target the absolute worse criminals. Good Punisher writers know he is a hard character to root for, so they will have kill criminals guilty of the worst crimes, like human trafficking and sex slavery. Punisher should not be willing to use lethal force against just anyone.
