DAREDEVIL REBOOT: How would you do it?

I don't know. I'm a little sick of the lovesick-girlfriend-choice routine in superhero movies. But it would be better than her doing nothing, which is how it is in the movie (both versions).

I'll bet that Johnson was saving the Karen Page stuff for the sequel. There is a moment when Karen shows him the invitation, and Ellen Pompeo mentions the "Plus One" in kind of a cute, loaded way, like she's hoping she'll get to go. Then Foggy snatches it away like "Ooh, guess I'll have to rent the tux" and Karen stomps off. It might have been nice to see more of the lusting secretary thing.

Affleck isn't perfect in the movie, but I think he gets scapegoated for it; I think the movie's failure has more to do with the studio wanting a 100-minute movie and a PG-13 rating, and Johnson having to sacrifice a perfectly good cut to get it.

Good ideas, except never retcon a character origins in movies, fans will hate the s#!t out of you.

The DC cut of DD is one of the best superhero movies ever, so no reboot is necessary!

Make a second movie and just work to make it better than the first, that's all they need to do.

Did you guys know Guy pearce, Ed Norton and matt Damon were up for the role of daredevil nd vin diesel was up for bullseye, jessica alba was up for elektra, this movie would have been completely different if these actors were cast.

No sequel. I think it's necessary a totally reboot to refresh the franchise.
No Affleck. No, i don't really enjoyed his interpretation.
Cast a villain really interesting. Make an origin dark (like Man Without fear) and the movie it will be great!

Bullseye needs a suit. I really didn't like how Colin Farrell played him to begin with. The film needs to be darker. Mr. Fear would be cool. A lesser known actor that brings a lot to the table as Matt Murdock. But bring back Favs as Foggy. He was awesome. Keep Elektra out until a sequel and maybe have Black Widow and/or Typhoid Mary.

The best thing for Marvel is to made a deal with Fox like he had make with Paramount: DD, Elektra and Black Widow.

And make this movies:
1) A DD origins movie and sequels
2) A good spin-off of Elektra like the Miller's comic-books (i like to see an "Elektra lives again!"
3) A Black Widow origins movie with David Hayter write and directed him

For one thing, they had young Bruce being trained by Ra's al Ghul to lead the League of Shadows; in the comics, Batman doesn't meet Ra's until well into his costumed career. Also, they added ADA Rachel Dawes, Katie Holmes's character.

• An origins movie
• Matt Damon is Matt Murdock? A good choice, but my second choice is Chad Michael Murray...
• Emily Van Camp is a perfect Karen Page!
• I don't know who is Foggy! Jon Favreau? Hmmm...I dont' know!
• I think Michael Clarke Duncan is perfect for Kingpin role. Absolutely.
• Ben Urich?!? Hmmm...I like Joe Pantoliano, but with new dress and look...Yeah...
• Another characters in the movie are Nick Manolis, Father Everett, Maggie Murdock and Jack Murdock (This...David Keith!!!!!!!!!)
• A cammeo of Elektra (Barbara Nedeljakova) at University!
• The story of accident and Jack's murder, and the Stick's training (Stick? Terence Stamp??? NO)
• A great great villain. I think the Owl 'cause is an origins movie...(The OWL? Gandolfini? Giamatti?)
• A new costume (i think that yellow...And DD dress the red costume only in the final scene!!!)
• R RATING: Absolutely! It's a dark story, with violence and blood, and some romantic story (Karen) and funny (Foggy), but it's dark!!!
