He wasn't particularly good, and Franco himself was kind of a *****e about the whole thing, ripping on the film and preemptively apologizing for it, they way actors and directors sometimes do a few years after terrible projects, even though the movie is pretty good and ultimately did quite well for itself.

I'm curious as to how this story was planned as a trilogy. If this film is taking us from Rise to the original, what's left to say?

I mean, this'll probably warrant another sequel if it's good (looks like it will be), and Reeves may stay on since he's such a big fan of the franchise, but I'm just wondering what a third film would entail. Maybe that'll be clearer upon seeing the second film.

That first shot looks good, but it doesn't look fully rendered. I think it'll look more detailed and the color timing will be different once the film is completed.

Am I the only one who thinks that?
