Yeah I dont know if it is allowed but is it possible for a pm of the script? if not then I am happy to go cry in a corner haha

Some of those script scenes/ideas would have been great to see on film. Some wouldn't.

Juggernaut would still have seemed like a plot device thrown in just to carry out a cool sequence (as in X3). I prefer what they did with Quicksilver - still very much a plot device for a cool sequence (but much cooler than Juggernaut plummeting through the ground) - though at least they added in a hint of link to Magneto and gave him some quirky teenage personality.

I don't like the idea of Mystique sabotaging Cerebro (again) or being a teacher at the end.

I don't like the idea of Magneto sensing iron in the food and making the guard's stomach rumble. They restricted his powers to controlling metal in the movie version and the iron in food (or blood) is not in metal form, it's combined with other elements.

I DO like Storm and Bishop having more dialogue (though Bishop may have been hard to understand) and I do like the Rogue rescue sequence for bringing some much-needed action to the middle of the movie.

That would have been a nod back to X2 with Magneto killing the guard. I would have liked that because he wouldnt have had enough to kill this guard but made him feel ill.

Would have been a boring scene though

Mags: Yeah, I'm super dangerous. You feeling hungry son? Bet that's getting annoying

:funny:
Would have been quite silly and unnecessary, really. But I guess these types of scenes happen all the time when a script is being written.

It's a bit funny that there's some kind of an obsession of showing fully bearded Magneto in X-Men films. Like the deleted scenes in X3. :woot:

have all you read the news about Bryan & production company buying the rights of another comic book?

'Age of heroes'

Yep saw it on twitter.

May be his followup to apocalypse or something or him to produce through his
company.

Don't care if it was a nod, the situation in X2 was different because Mystique had previously injected the guard with a load of iron.

Dofp has its own presentation and Simon Kinberg will be there to take questions.

I don't expect to hear from Kinberg anything new. But teaser poster for Apocalypse or X-Force would be nice to see.

And of course confirmation about DVD/Blu-Ray Extended/Alternative cut.

I wish Bryan can start doing interviews now. Don't really want to hear any more from Kinberg. It does seem like he's taking most of the credit.

Well, FOX has a 2 hour Friday panel in Hall H. We should get something.

And then the Kinberg panel starts after that. Hmm...

Making X-Men: Days of Future Past
Jeff Goldsmith (publisher of Backstory on the iPad) interviews screenwriter/producer Simon Kinberg (Mr. & Mrs. Smith) about what it took to write and produce the worldwide box office smash hit X-Men: Days of Future Past. Kinberg will take you behind the scenes as to how he and the film’s creative team evolved the longstanding film franchise to an all new high. From the standout Quicksilver sequence to managing the same comic characters at different points in time and beyond-he’ll discuss how the film was made and take your questions.

I'm hoping we at least get a little something for Apocalypse and Fantastic Four!

Yeah that pisses me off too but we all know he didn't do anything... It was Byran that made this film great not his dumb ass.

I think he'll start doing interviews once the lawsuit is over and once he's proven not guilty by the law.

Since Bryan Is tweeting regurly again you would think he would do Interviews.

I am sure Kinberg will be asked about Apocalypse.

Again, it's a civil suit. He won't be found guilty or innocent. They'll either settle, or it'll get thrown out.

Famke Janssen on returning to the X-Men universe in Days of Future Past
N: Fans were over the moon seeing you in X-Men: Days of Future Past. Is there any chance we’ll see you return once more as Jean Grey?

FJ: I hope so. It certainly has opened a whole new path of possibilities. With Days of Future Past, characters who were once considered dead are no longer. I’m just excited about the franchise. And I really loved the last one. I thought it was smart, it was witty. It was very well done. Yeah, I was thrilled to be back. And it was the perfect timing for it at the end of the movie. It was very nice.

At Hemlock Grove's season 2 premiere last Thursday:

It's really In fox's corner now.

It's up In the air if we see any OT cast besides Hugh jackman In future X-men
films. That Is why i am hoping there is indeed an extended cut of DOFP since
it could be last time we see them.

Oh **** guys. I just realized dofp was originally going to be released this Friday in U.S imagine waiting this long for to movie come out. Jesus take the wheel.

^I know right, I'm glad we got the film earlier.

And I hope they bring back Famke Phoenix Janssen for another film!
