Are you a fan of Batman, or a fan of Zack Snyder?
I mean, I ask this because every hardcore, in-your-face Snyderista walks around talking like they've been so wronged, so oppressed, and how Snyder's take is the first or only time certain things have been done with the character. Almost like they only became Batman/DC fans WITH Snyder's work, so they refuse to accept any other adaptations of the material. So I think you need to ask yourself which thing you're a fan of, and consequently what you're doing here. Y'all act like some of us Batman fans weren't marginalized or disappointed when Tim Burton was replaced, or with how much trashing the Burton films got when the Nolan films were out. Your pain isn't new.
I didn't really like The Batman trailer much, either. I also would have preferred it to have been a solo vehicle for Affleck (though I hated Snyder and his ideas for the character and am glad he's gone)--but you have to get over Snyder and yourself. Accept the fact that Ben wanted out, and that the general audience didn't like the Snyderverse. Stop deluding yourself. I realize my views on this coming movie will be the minority opinion--I don't need others to accept my negative view on the material to know my own feelings are valid, and I certainly don't feel the need to be Captain Killjoy.
