Just wondering if they did make a Nightwing TV series which Villains would people use??

well it would count on which network the show is on and the kind of budget it has. if its a lower budget like for example smallville has gotten in the past few seasons i would stick with non powered guys/lower leveled powered guys. Now if it had a budget like lost or season 1 of heroes they yea i would do what ever.

For a Nightwing show, I'd do Blockbuster, Soames, Fatale, Lady Vic and Chief Redhorn as S1 villains. Fatale being the only costumed guy and Blockbuster made with prothetics. S2 I'd bring up NiteWing and a couple tier 3-4 Batman villains re-invented to be cool.

I think a Question television series could be interesting. My idea would be to have a crime-of-the-episode format or perhaps over the course of five episodes. Layered over it would be the Question's obsession over a particular conspiracy with clues linking it to some of the crimes he investigates.
