Superman doesn't count. He was born on Krypton, without any powers. He didn't get any powers until his latter childhood on Earth.

I guess that depends on which Superman your talking about.

Earth 2 Superman was born with powers.....but thats natural for Kryptonions from Earth 2's universe.
