Based on the sketches in the documentary on their website, it looks like this will be a good one. I especially like the artwork on this one. Even though the movie poster looks like Hal's original costume, the storyboard sketches do not show the white gloves.

why does the website have a picture of Hal from how he looks in the comics? He looks way different from what we've seen from the movie designs.

I wish they made it look like the comics, but I'm not to upset about these character models though. I'd probably only be upset if they made it into anime.

I am so excited about this. Over the last few years, I have grown to love Hal Jordan and all that being a Green Lantern stands for. I will definitely be buying this as soon as it comes out.

As far as the armored suit... I'm hoping it's not what he wears the entire movie. It does make sense for him to have something of an armored look at some point when he is fighting, forming the armor as a ring construct.

I wonder which two episodes of Justice League will Bruce Timm put on the DVD? For starters, Hal only appeared briefly in JLU in the episode "The Once and Future Thing, Part 2: Time, Warped". Whatever episode Bruce picks I think it should center around the Green Lantern Corps (meaning showing other members of the Corps) and not an episode specific to only John Stewart. I think they are only 4 such episodes with "The Return" beng on my top list.

I'm excited for this and the voice cast seems great....Chris Meloni and Victor Garber seem to be a great fit for Hal and Sinestro....and also that about 90 percent of the movie will take place out in space

its due out this July or August....when they premiered Superman: Doomsday and Wonder Woman in 07 and 08 both films weren't due for a few months, so it would feel less special....to me anyway...

I believe the Sinestro Corps will be in the movie.

The synopsis refers to a group of people led by Sinestro in a conspiracy against the Corps, and the Comic-Con trailer showed him in his Yellow and Black uniform.

It that's true, then, it's going to be BADASS!
