DC Vs Mortal Kombat?

Sadly, I'm not. The stiff movements and cringe worthy animations take me out of the moment every time. And I wish they would've made Brutality moves like Superman's more cinematic. Marvel Nemesis style.

LOL, did you guys see Superman's fatality? It was both hilarious and AWESOME! Reminded me of Shiva's MK3 fatality.

I totally forgot about that one. Bah! Recycled Fatalities for DC characters. Well, just one right now. But still.

I like Superman's brutality. It was more 'brutal' lol then I thought it was going to be. I agree that his motion before the brutality is pretty unlike Superman, but its not enough to put me off the game.

Did you see the freefall in the Scorpion vs Flash match? The part where Flash reversed and grabs Scorpion, spins like crazy (Still falling) and smashes Scorpion into the ground? I worship Scorpion but that part was AWESOME!

flash's falling special move is indeed awesome, somebody already mentioned it... and gave the exact time too. haha. anyway, the video is indeed pretty great. i also like sub-zero's upwards ice blast and love the the way that test your might has been implemented.

Superman hits the opponent like a nail into the ground. But it's not supposed to kill the opponent. Riiight... Anyway, I don't really like how Superman seems to scream like a maniac before he starts with the beatdown.

i actually like that, his eyes start glowing like he's possessed or something and he goes into a rage, which is probably what causes the brutality since it isn't something he'd normally do... makes sense. i wonder if that's how they're going to explain dc's good guys doing finishers.

I hate that it's Sheeva's Fatality recycled. They could have done something way more unique. And when I read the description of Superman's eyes starting to glow, I imagined it way different in my head. Definitely not having his eyes turn on like light bulbs and going ape**** crazy.

I hope Batman's brutality is that he just beats the crap out of you for a long time really fast lol like the old MK brutatlities from back in the day. A slash here and there from a batarang would be a welcome addition too

I would imagine him placing a tracker on the opponent and summoning a swarm of bats that gnaw the player mercilessly- it's not the fatality I would have made up for him, but I have a feeling that it will be something like that....unfortunately.

At the end of Kingdom Come, Superman's eyes were glowing during his rage induced attack on the UN (Or whatever it was called).

Well, from the stages, it looks like the DC universe has been pretty messed up, maybe having the planet partially destroyed and probably having lost the lives of civilians in the process might have pushed Supes into that rarely seen 'enraged' place.

Kingdom Come seems to be one of the biggest inspirations of DC characters here then BUT it was not just Superman's eyes that glowed. Scorpion had the same effect and look when he started performing his fatality.

+ confirmed 20 characters, 10 from each side, with a huge boss character and possible secret characters
+ fatalities and brutalities will not be limited to 1 per character
+ catwoman is considered a villain in this game so she'll have a fatality
+ the idea of downloadable content such as alternate costumes is a possibility

seriously though...i know theres almost no chance of cass being in this game. its a shame though because she is SO SO right for it. i mean, she is one of only a few TRUE ninjas in the DCU.

[Flash Facts]

I'm glad to see that The Flash has maintained a sense of speed as the previous MK games are not very fast paced but those videos make The Flash seem very fast. The Flash looks like he is going to be really fun to play.

Characters will have more than one Fatality/Brutality, so you guys that hate Supes' brutality might be in luck...
