Whatever, all I know is that Karl Kerschl is a badass artist, so I'm onboard for whatever he's drawing. I even considered--seriously considered--buying that issue of the new Flash series that he drew. I didn't, but believe you me, there was lots of considering going on that day.

I'll get the Green Arrow one mainly because I think the creative team are great for the title.

Yeah. Geoff Johns needs to burn in hell for that. It's the only time Hal Jordan was cool in continuity. At least it was.

It decreases the value of ALL the characters that were in that title. It put Dinah on the mainstream map and was really the defining moment of her superhero Life, because it's what started her on it.

And then they give some lame *** thing about how Dinah holds the JLA together...how is that possible when she wasn't even in the making of it?

It makes more sense to keep YLA:YO in continuity.

I'm NEVER going to get over it. NEVER. I truly sat and cried over it and goodness knows my poor comic book store..>.<

Yeah. It's not so much the fact that it was retconned out that bothers me, even. It's still a good story, regardless of whether it's in continuity or not. What bothers me is how monumentally pointless the retcon was. Who the hell really cares that Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman didn't found the JLA? Did their lack of connection from the very moment of the team's origin somehow lessen the trinity or the League pre-IC? Morrison/Waid/Kelly's JLA run would say no.

I feel the same way, just with points about how it harms the characters it portrays.

But yes my big frustration that makes me want to scream in their faces is how they did it to put the Trinity further up there, and what for? They were already established, their chosing the new JLA for goodness sake...>.<
