If I recall correctly, Smallville's Clark is far more vulnerable to Kryptonite than Cavill's Supes is, so I'm inclined to vote Batffleck based on that alone.

BUT......

There is a story of Superman meeting Superboy, both versions of the character are from very different worlds and that affects their powers and kryptonite effect on them, so it is possible to see DCEU kryptonite ineffective against Smallville's Clark, and battle outcome will be against Batffleck.

Well, given that Welling's Clark is from a different Krypton, and not as dumb as Cavill's Clark, he might be able to dodge the Kryptonite gas ( he uses his super speed much more effectively) grenades or just ignore then, and in that case he's going to crush Batman easily. Nothing Batman can do can hurt Clark - if he doesn't have kryptonite.

So, Clark J Kent for the win. Sorry I've been ignoring this thread, it's been busy at work.

Also, Wonder Woman beats Supergirl- she's too skillful and this version of Supergirl isn't as powerful as she would be if she was a kryptonian from the DC big screen universe ( I'm basing that on Cavill Superman being more powerful than the Superman we've seen in the Supergirl show - based on his feats against Doomsday and Steppenwolf.)

By that comparison Wonder Woman, who held her own with the resurrected Cavill Superman and killed a god, is up to taking down Kara. That sword cut off Doomsday's hand, so it's going to be a real threat to Kara.

Cyborg should take this out handily - while Manta's weapons are powerful, his enormous helmet looks stupid ( always has) Cyborg has a variety of powerful weapons and tech at his disposal.

Interesting that this is 2 African Americans fighting each other - and in the MCU vs thread it's also 2 guys of African descent fighting - was that intentional or just the way the cards fell ?

I actually didn't think of it honestly. It just happened. In the Marvel thread, it's bound to happen because we have been doing it for awhile. The reason it happened here is because these are probably the newest DC films. Plus they are close in power. I didn't think Manta stood a chance against Superman or Flash so...................
