The Joker 10/10.

While Luthor is intelligent and rational, the joker is completely unpredictable. While Lex would have weapons far beyond the Joker's, that's not how the Joker rolls - this is a guy who hid a bomb inside a henchman, who planned to be captured , he has plans within plans - involving ideas that rational minds wouldn't dream of.

Luthor is also a master planner and he would have plenty of backups, traps and secret weapons, but all of these are based on a rational mind ( e.g. he cares whether he lives or dies,the Joker doesn't. ) so they are predictable to some degree. The Joker is a different story - he's the guy who slips poison into your girl friend's lipstick, so when she kisses you, you die or puts acid into your favourite bottle of scotch.

Also, in a straight up fist fight, knife fight or gun fight the Joker wins easily.

So for me, no question its the Joker.

I missed this one. Both are overgrown dweebs but Billy has more grit than Barry, and also if he lands a punch on Barry it's over, and flight gives him a mobility advantage

Atom wins. Freeze is just a collection of terrible pins - sadly he could have been so bad he was good.....but was just bad.

Atom's tech has some advantages ( flight, shrinking) which would help him disable Freeze - once his refrigerator unit is out, the fight is over.

Unless the fight is underwater, Wonder Woman wins pretty handily.

Physically she's much faster, just as strong , if not stronger , more skilled and has very dangerous weapons ( sword, shield and magic lasso).

One on one, straight up fight, Deathstroke is too much for Batman- unless Bats is packing extra special Bat gadgets.

Deathstroke is superhuman, kind of on an MCU Captain America level, and carries an arsenal of weapons.

Depending on who's writing him he can fight half the Justice league and win - provided their tanks ( Superman, Shazam and Wonder Woman) aren't there.

However, Batman usually isn't stupid enough to fight Deathstroke in a straight up fight.

Interestingly I think Green Arrow actually has a better record against Deathstroke because he doesn't have a problem with putting a few arrows into him.

I believe that the premise of these fights is that they are straight up matches , so sadly Batman loses.

I vote for Wonder Woman to have the edge. Aquaman would obviously win if the fight was in water.
