Jefferson knows about transmutation now? He's been watching Full Metal Alchemist, clearly.

if they need the blood of Jesus why not go after the Shroud of Turin?

Okay, Mick has a point about the group seeing him just as a criminal. Yeah, it was a major error, but they can't just pretend that all the good he's done is negated by them assuming that he'd choose Snart over them.

You know....they know Sara is the leader of this group and that she is a very dangerous opponent...wouldn't it make sense to magically "remember" that there is a doppleganger of Laurel on E1?

they realize their in a time machine right? why do they need to go in the middle of the field during the war? now that they know where it is just go to that spot in a different time before or after the war

because it's fake?
there's a lot of people that believe the same about the spear of destiny

since they are willing to acknowledge that as being real, why not

You know, in light of Hacksaw Ridge, the Legends would've fared a lot better if they had Andrew Garfield at their side to help clear the wounded from the battlefield.

So just curious, did Sara have any reaction to seeing Cold back?

Well by that notion, they could always have the Legends just go back to when Jesus died but I don't think the producers are willing to do anything with that given on how it might upset a lot of Christian groups if they make it into some kind of joke.

Okay, the Legends can't really be upset at Mick's betrayal given that they did just poke and prod him, saying that he would eventually turn to Snart. They really don't have a leg to stand on right now.

they explained that as being a fixed point in history to dangerous to visit...

if any thing I thought it would be more conversational with non-Christian groups for them to even acknowledge the birthand death of Jesus as actual historic event

since they already went down that route

There a lot of fixed points in time, the legends dont care about messing up the past.

Not only that but then Sara has him holding the spear! That is a Homer Simpson moment.

:loco:

So I take it that fans of the Captain Cold and Sara ship has nothing to look forward to in this episode huh? Bummer.

I hope Mick truly betrayed them and isn't all "I was going undercover". I am cool if he ends up seeing the error of his ways but I want him to have truly turned for the time being.

If the Legends still saw Mick as a criminal, why not just send him back to Central City PD?

Just watched the episode....really enjoyed it for the most part.

Though it really sucks on how they're pretty much trying to hide/recton that Sara and Leonard never happened...how they're thing is never brought up.

Really like to see this episode Glad to see Snart to be offically back even and not just a Ghost in Mick's head.

Seeing Wentworth Miller back as Leonard Snart was one of the best things about this episode.

I always laugh at how he delivers his lines.

Some real cheesy moments in this one, but some great moments too.

As a big LOTR fan, I enjoyed the implication that this adventure inspired Tolkien's story.

I'll give it a 9.

Some of the cheesiness was hard to deal with. For example, Rory's speech that gets the soldiers to stand down...how would the German soldiers even know what he's saying? And second, that was Aragon's speech from Return of the King the MOVIE. Aragon had no such speech in the book. Having them meet Tolkien and basically be the inspiration for The Lord of the Rings trilogy just didn't work IMHO.

Rory was paraphrasing dialogue that Tolkien had nothing to do with. IMHO not the best writing.

I enjoyed this episode. Was kind of educational too with Tolkein and his WW1 military service...especially the scenes of trench warfare, which was the way it was back then. And they tried to emphasize the horror of war and violence, which was good too.

Well...I remember in the second last episode of season one that Leonard tried to ask Sara out, but she rejected him, and then only gave him a farewell kiss when he sacrificed himself to save the team. So in my opinion there is nothing to bring up.

If the Reverse Flash told him all these details about his future, no wonder Captain Cold decided to ally with the Legion of Doom. LOL!!!

If they are following traditional TV tropes, than Sara will probably get together with one of the main characters...probably Rip, because now that she's dethroned him of the Captain role, they have to find him some useful chore to do on that ship...LOL
