I know its quite early to talk about this but given by the success of Kingsman at the box-office which Deadpool could easily replicate next year, I think Fox will give this a sequel if that happens. If so, do you want a sequel?

Me, I don't know. If X-Force happens, I would rather have Deadpool in X-Force than to headline another solo movie.

I'm in the same boat. Introduce him in Deadpool, then put him in X-Force and leave him there. I'd like an X-Force 2, not Deadpool 2.

No, no, no, no, no... If this is good and successful I want another 'Deadpool' movie. With T-Ray, and many other unexplored elements (in the script) from the comics. If this will make bank, 20th Century Fox would probably be willing to up the ante and the budget on a sequel. Imagine a higher-budget, R-rated sequel ('Terminator 2', anyone?).

Then they can have him pop up in 'X-Force' movies, but I want a stand-alone sequel / sequels...

Yeah, we will get Deadpool 2 and X-Force if this is a success. This isn't a one or the other situation at all. Would be an odd move from Fox and be really ****** for Deadpool fans not to have a sequel to Deadpool if it scores big. You can't do the same things with Deadpool in X-Force that you can in a solo.

As far as villains or plot lines. I'd either go with...

-T-Ray like JKR mentioned

-An all out merc war with Outlaw, Taskmaster, Domino and Black Swan

-Black Tom Cassidy, Juggernaut and Siryn

It's not even close to being a comparable situation.

If Deadpool flops it will be for completely different reasons then Dredd.

Also this is Fox not Lionsgate who has few successful blockbusters outside YA film adaptations.

I was also thinking about how they could take a page from the Gail Simone run and have Deadpool set up his Deadpool, Inc.
Doesn't mean he'll run it successfully, though... :D
And it'd be cool if they start exploring his conflicting emotions. To see him try to be a hero and a better person. And him being Deadpool, he should fail at that, too, by the end of the movie, go wild and start a killing spree against the bad guys and their henchmen.
I've always loved this ying and yang aspect Deadpool has got. It's not like he doesn't try to be better, but most of the time, whenever he does, it leads to trouble, heartbreak and tragedy, so he often decides to take the easier path. Which probably leads to remorse.
Oh, man... Deadpool's such a three-dimensional and conflicted character in the hands of the best writers, I hope they don't eff it up and I hope the first one will be a hit if they don't eff it up.

I'm undecided. If it will be good/great, of course I'd want a sequel! But if it will flop, I probably won't lol!

A proper Juggernaut would be great in the sequel. Sinister would be a great villain as well, but I'm guessing they're saving him to be the next Apocalypse type villain.

Deadpool and the X-Force for the sequel!

Nah, I'd rather have them focus on Deadpool for the next one (together with Cable, maybe). I'd like an R-rated X-Force down the line, but not as a replacement for a proper Deadpool sequel.

Its definitely the perfect time to introduce X-Force, they would probably introduce Cable in the sequel anyway, so just bring the X-Force with Cable and Deadpool teamed up with the X-Force in the comics, so IMO its the best idea for the sequel. And not just Deadpool vs another mutant.

Why not both? A Deadpool sequel AND X-Force? Just like there are Iron Man movies AND Avengers movies. You know, Deadpool has really become its own thing by now. He's not really (just) an X-Men character anymore. Hasn't been for a long time. There are so many more stories to tell. If you're not that interested in him as a character that's fine.

Yeah, if Deadpool hits with audiences I would introduce Cable in the Deadpool sequel and then have that lead into an X-Force film. 2 IP's are better then one and the Deadpool films will be different since that's from Wade's pov.

Maybe they could have Copycat be part of the reason why Nate and Wade meet up like in New Mutants.

although deadpool is a marvel movie, it is somewhat linked to the other series but on the other hand it is quite different from previous series having lots of humor, actions and romance. comparison with other series will not let you to enjoy it

Cable is a must.

Also Deadpool singing "Together Again (for the First Time)" from the Young Frankenstein Musical at one point in the movie is a must
