Or parents could tell their brats no instead of blaming the big bad movie industry for not taking care of their kids.
Oh, and movie ratings are often weird and arbitrary. Parents should be mindful of what the kids they popped out are watching regardless of the rating. The first Evangelion Rebuild movie got a PG-13, and it has a naked animated teenage girl getting accidentally groped, violence, and some awkward mommy issue stuff. The movie theater is not your babysitter.
Kids wanna see the movie, Adults wanna see an R rated, everyone wants something, why is one wrong to want while the other isn't
