I could try. But that was my opinion of her even before the petition. Doesn't have anything to do with the petition. And how exactly is that sexist? I would've found her annoying even if she would've been a man. I know my level of maturity. That's all that matters. I don't have anything to prove to you.![]()
I don't have a problem with you finding her annoying or disagreeing with her. I have a problem with you calling her a "bimbo" simply because you disagree with her. Calling her a "bimbo" is both sexist and disrespectful since she was NOT acting like a "bimbo" in that video (or any other video that she put up).
Except Deadpool, pretty much like The Punisher, ain't really a character for kids. He's a scarred, disturbed merc, for God's sakes. And he sure ain't a role model. I'm pretty sure kids were interested in RoboCop and Terminator 2 back in the 1980s and 1990s. Doesn't mean they should have been released as PG-13.
Both DP and Punisher were originally created for and aimed at ALL AGES for many years. Both ROBOCOP and TERMINATOR were NOT originally created for and/or aimed at all ages.
P.S.: I don't know why this really is a discussion. It's R. That's the filmmakers' vision. And for once the studio embraced that. Thank God. End of story.
Because the character was for many years an all ages character, and over the last 15 years, a PG-13 character.
P.P.S.: Just because people are happy about the R-rating doesn't mean that they only care about the blood, violence, sex and crude language. That's really all you see in great movies such as Die Hard? Really?
What else do you think the R rating is for? If those people who wanted an R rating didn't only care about the blood, sex, violence, and crude language, then why the hell (a) were they asking for this movie to be rated R and (b) are they having a fit over this petition for an additional PG-13 cut?
