Yeah, but if he´s wrong, the BOF critics will say "Jett sucks! We told you so!" and if he´s right they will say, "it was a lucky guess that paid off"...

I am very intrigued by a name we haven't heard of possibily as Dent. I mean Ledger as The Joker caught us way off as most people were talking Lachley Hulme,Johnny Depp, Crispin Glover, paul Bettany.
You know three favorates of mine that haven't been mentioned in the Dent rumors, but seen in some fan wish casting are Denzel Washington, Joquain Pheonix and Leonardo DiCaprio.
I am mixed about Holmes and the Dawes character. I feel if she doesn't return I would be fine with it as I thought she was totally miscast and that gives an other love intrests to look for. But if she got crippled by the Joker that could give that " killing Joke" tone.
But I cannot wait to hear more news either way.

I wouldn't mind seeing John Cusack as Dent though it wouldn't surprise me if Nolan and co. chose someone who we never thought about for the role.

I'm still rooting for Schreiber. I know at this points his chances are incredibly small, but I'm hoping for some big come from behind shocker, but I doubt it will happen.

I actually might agree with StorminNorman that we might get a big name in the role. I doubt Denzel will get it, the age automatically eliminates him. DiCaprio could own the aprt, he's just that good, but I still have an intense desire to see him as Black Mask (though it looks as if the rumor about that character appearing has proven to be ultimately not that possible, at least at this stage).

As for Holmes: good riddance. She was easily the weakest link of BB. I agree with raybia that Connelly should've gotten the part. I'm against a recast, though. I think Rachel is done with. Bring on Selina...for the third movie.

I just went back to that "Dent Rumour" thread at BOF, and Jett says we should be checking with sites like IGN, LR, SHH, AICN, and of course, BOF, within the next couple of days as WB will probably wanna get the casting confirmation out in the trades ASAP.

The next few days are gonna be AWESOME!

If it really is known who is cast then I'm really suprised it hasn't been leaked yet. WB are certainly keeping a tight lid on it.

I've just done a look around the Interweb on the main movie sites and not a mention of TDK/Harvey Dent news. Seems BOF are the only ones talking that the news is going to happen. Guess the other sites are waiting for something more official.

Actually that would be going against the comics Where Dent is established as being close to Bruces age. So what if DA's are usually older? Maybe Harvey Dent isn't your common DA. Finch was pretty young.

DiCaprio? Hell no. Its gonna be somebody who we never even expected though(Not DiCaprio). Then, when its announced, everbody's gonna be pissing and moaning about how the actor is "Too young!" or "Too old" until the first trailer comes, and then, after that, everybody's gonna be all sh#ts and giggles saying "Nolan strikes again!" and " OMG, Harvey Dent pwns!". I'm already knowin'.
