Clone World
A Weapon X agent is sent to investigate Miles Warren, because there are rumors that he has produced a living clone. They think that this technology might be able to aid them in creating warriors for hire. He arrives just as Peter is emerging from Warrenss machinery. During the investigation, it becomes apparent that this clone is Spider-Man. The agent steals Warrens notes and samples, and takes them back to Weapon X. The MU unfolds pretty much like the existing one. Meanwhile, Weapon X, unable to adapt the cloning process to other superpowered beings, begin to churn out Spidey-clones. At first they use them in small ops. Eventually, they have enough for a small army and they begin to arm and train them. One day, all the Heroes disappear; The Avengers, The FF, Hulk, all gone at the hands of Onslaught. Weapon X sees its opportunity, and uses their troops in a coup attempt on the US. And it succeeds. With the resources of the US behind them, they expand the program, and in a few years, are able to produce clones for a few of the lower power level heroes of the MU. Theres a DD division, which specialize in reconnaissance. Theres the original Spidey division. Theres a Hawkeye division. Theres even a Punisher division, which are basically used as cannon fodder. (All of these different branches of the New Armed Forces have insignias which are take-offs of their progenitors.) Within a few years of wars, and eventually treaties, the US consists of all of the Americas, China, and Russia, and the oil-producing Middle East. The only hold-outs are the Britain, Germany, France, Afghanistan. They are on the brink of destruction, but have just won the ultimate arms race. In a bunker, used in years past by the mujhadeen, European scientists of the London Project have just made their first viable clone of the Hulk. And they plan on making more. Lots more. This is what the Exiles are sent to stop.

The exiles appear in a Las Vegas Comic convention, however something seems very differnt here then any other reality. Everyone seems to be 3 dimentional and realistic, except for the exiles who appear to be drawn and colored. A news reported comments on their appearance claiming that they are the most deserving of the costume award handed out at the convetion. There task here is to prevent a comic book writter from senslessly killing off a comic book character. Trouble begins when Morph desides to demonistrate his powers infront of some onlookers, as he morphs into a "Superman" several of the bystanders scream and flee, others puke up their lunch after viewing such a transformation. After making a quick departure from the convention with blink also snatching the writter from the floor. They all appear on an isolated roof top where they convince the writter that killing such an iconic hero would have grave reprocussions for the industry and the world as they know it. The writter aggrees to not kill off that character, and the exiles blink out of existance.

A universe where the good are evil, the evil are good, and the Punisher... well he's still the Punisher, only a lot more crazy.
the Exile's mission is to stop the crimson deciever before the world is infected.
the recruit the help of the Sensational Six, the World's greatest fighting force: Dr. Otto "Octopus" Octavius , Herman "Shocker" Shultz , the White Skull, Dr. Doom (Exiled ruler of Latveria who's country was taken in a violent coup by the Fearsome Four), Maxwell "Electro" Dillon, and the Red Rune (the mysterious member of the team).
quite obviously the Red Rune turns out to be the deciever, he is actually Ben Reilly bonded with the Carnage Symbiote, who upon being exposed sets off to rendevous with the Spider (Peter Parker bonded with the Venom Symbiote). the two of them together have devised a way to mass produce symbiotes and are planning on unleashing them on the world.
